Sabbath Thoughts
As we contemplate training our Ministry Leaders today, here are thoughts from Sister Ellen White’s Leadership Principle The leader receives empowerment from the Spirit.
“Only those who wait humbly upon God, who watch for His guidance and grace, is the Spirit given. The power of God awaits their demand and reception. This promised blessing, claimed by faith, brings all other blessings in its train.”
The leader receives a spirit of teamwork from the Spirit:
“Every agency will be subordinate to the Holy Spirit, and all the believers will be united in an organized and well-directed effort to give to the world the glad tidings of the grace of God.
From the book Ellen White on Leadership – Guidance for those who influence others, written by Cindy Tutsch, DMin
